No one does more split case rejuvenation than Rancho. Split Case gearboxes found in VWs to 1960 are a specialty at Rancho. When they first show up at the shop each of these unique transmissions is stripped and the case is bead blasted, inspected for damage or wear and refurbished as needed. Using only the highest quality new bearings, seals and gaskets the transmission is then finished to the customer’s requirements and reassembled using factory style, one-piece axle boots. After assembly each transmission is thoroughly tested and shipped with a full 12 month, unlimited mileage warrantee.
