1969 VW Beetle Pro Street:

Power plant: 355 SBC, Eagle Rotating assembly, Aftermarket Heads, 671 BDS Blower, Blower is driven 1 to 1 with the motor. 2 750 Holley Double Pumpers, Makes approx 550-600 HP.
Suspension:

Custom 2×3 Square tube chassis, Mustang II Front end Narrowed 8 inches, Tubular upper and lower A arms, Narrowed Mustang II Steering Rack as well, 9″ Ford Rear with Strang Axles, Spool, and 4.10 Gears;

Tires and Wheels
Front: Bridgestone Front Runners mounted on 15×5 New Style Cragar 1 Piece Forged ALLoy aluminum wheels, They were made my Weld Racing for Cragar about 3 years ago and were discontinued after a couple months and are very hard to find.

Rear: 29×18.50×15 Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro Tires mounted on 15×14 New Style Cragars.

Body Mods: Stock width fenders, all lights work, hood works, trunk works, all custom sheetmetal floor.

This car is 100 percent Street Legal and is still a work in progress. I Just got this car done enough to drive and started driving it 2 weeks ago. it has been to 1 car show and brought home a trophy with it. This car is a real head turner and a Blast to drive. Every thing on this car was custom built here at our shop in Bunker Hill, WV. Our little business is called: Johns Hotrods.
