Here’s a problem solver that is certain to make life a lot easier for anyone running an early Swing or IRS transaxle case. In the earlier set up the TO bearing just kind of hangs in limbo supported by a simple clip on either side. When one or both of the clips unhinges or fails the TO bearing and other parts aren’t far behind. This new conversion kit from Rancho Performance Transaxles permanently eliminates those problems. The supplied collar and seal press easily and securely into the case keeping the new style bearing, centered on the pressure plate.
